Electrical Burner Test Machine NF P92-503
Introduction:
Electrical Burner Test Machine is suitable for the French M1 level combustion test, and it meets the standard NFP92-503 combustion test. Through the calibrated thermal radiation furnace, the sample is radiated with heat, and at the same time, timed flame impact is applied to observe the burning performance of the sample, such as continued burning, dripping, and damaged length of the sample, to judge whether the sample reaches the French M1 level Testing requirements.

Main Features:
1. The system consists of an electric control box, heating device, calibration device, sample holder and fan-shaped torch.
2. The electric control box adopts the sheet metal spray painting process, and the appearance is beautiful and generous.
3. The control system adopts programmable controller PLC and touch screen to monitor the test process and results.
4. Standard heat radiation test furnace is used, a ceramic protective cover is added outside, and a spiral metal rod is placed in the center to make the airflow heating fast, uniform and stable.
5. The target temperature is directly and accurately entered on the touch screen, and the PID algorithm is used to precisely control the heating temperature.
6. The calibration device adopts a copper plate calorimeter, which is made of a copper plate with a diameter of 30 mm and a thickness of 5 mm, and a K-type thermocouple is installed in the center.
7. The sliding track is installed at the bottom of the test device, the test position and the calibration position can be switched quickly and conveniently, and the positioning is accurate.
8. Calibration method: After the heating furnace is stable, move the heating device to just below the calorimeter, and record the time for the temperature to rise from 30°C to 80°C, which is about 1 minute.
9. The sample holder is designed with 304 stainless steel, which is beautiful and durable.
10. The sample holder is equipped with a turning device, matched with the needle-shaped sample frame, which is convenient for installing the sample.
11. After the sample is installed, turn the sample holder to the test position, the system will automatically time the test and the test will start.
12. During the test, the sample is 30mm away from the center of the upper mouth of the radiant furnace, and the angle is inclined upward by 30 degrees.
13. The fan-shaped burner applies flame impact.
14. Imported rotor flowmeter, finely adjust the flame height.
15. Equipped with a flame scale, it is convenient to detect the flame height, the flame height is 30mm.
16. The system is equipped with a warning system, and the sound and light alarm mode prompts flame impact operation.
